发掘到需求仅是一个业务的开始

  • 需求是一切商业活动的起点,赚钱的第一步是挖掘需求;
  • 但挖掘出一个需求并不意味着我们就一定能赚钱,因为需求于你而言不一定有商业价值,如市场太小、竞争太大、无差异化切入点、成本投入太大、付费意愿低等问题;
  • 需求有商业价值的情况下,还需要解决生产、流量、转化和交付等问题,这些问题都解决后,才到了变现的环节。
